K-Tron Announces Changes in Sales and Marketing Responsibilities

Niederlenz (Switzerland), January 20, 2011 – In order to support its continued growth as a turnkey systems solution provider and supplier of bulk material handling equipment, K-Tron Process Group announces the following change in its sales management structure.

Robert M. Barnett assumes the position of Vice President of Global Marketing. Mr. Barnett has held various sales and marketing positions within K-Tron, both in America and Great Britain. Mr. Barnett offers over 40 years experience with K-Tron and is ideally suited to formulate and lead K-Tron's global marketing initiatives as it expands its global systems presence.

Also effect immediately, Richard J. Poole assumes the position of Vice President of Global Sales previously held by Mr. Barnett jointly with Global Marketing. Mr. Poole offers over 20 years experience with K-Tron, including various sales and marketing responsibilities within K-Tron in Great Britain, America, Germany and Switzerland. Mr. Poole will be concentrating on strengthening and coordinating K-Tron's global sales network.

These changes in responsibilities offer K-Tron the ability to increase and strengthen global sales and marketing activities, while continuing and maintaining strong growth as a systems specialist. Mr. Barnett and Mr. Poole will report directly to Kevin Bowen, President and CEO of K-Tron Process Group.
